Working with Keidel & Co.

Keidel & Co. delivers management consulting projects in a similar manner that Construction Managers deliver project services.  Keidel & Co. serves as both the services integrator and subject matter experts.  A typical project begins with a project scoping and planning meeting with Mr. Keidel.  Mr. Keidel has over twenty years experience designing and managing a variety of business projects for Engineering, Construction, and other project based businesses.  With his vast experience he is able to quickly design a project that meets the unique needs of the client.  Mr. Keidel in conjunction with the client define the project goals, objectives, critical success factors, and establish a preliminary work plan.  Mr. Keidel and the client design the project team and identifies resources to staff it.  These resources include the client's, Keidel's, and third parties.  The project team refines the project plan and enhances the staffing as required.  Keidel & Co. then manages the project and ensures that the clients objectives, goals, and critical success factors are achieved.
