We analyze the operational and financial conditions of projects and companies to determine the contractors likelihood of successfully completing its work.  We develop, staff, manage, and implement plans that integrate the project conditions with the wants and needs of the Surety.  We work with the Surety and their legal counsel to prepare and defend project claims.  We assist the Surety in resolving disputes through negotiations, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
