Mr. Keidel has over thirty years experience advising executives from over sixty companies in five countries on behalf of Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Keidel & Co.  His international experience includes projects in Japan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Germany. 

Mr. Keidel is frequently called upon to resolve project disputes. He prepares and defends claims, mediates issues, facilitates partnering, and provides neutral assistance. His twenty plus years of experience and unique knowledge of the construction industry qualifies him to opine on issues that involve project delay, disruption, forced acceleration, loss of productivity, lost profits, and disputed extra work issues. His dispute resolution experience includes analyzing both the operational and cost elements of projects. His dispute resolution clients include contractors, owners, developers, and sureties. He has prepared and defended project claims involving a variety of project types including high-rise buildings, schools, hospitals, bridges, dams, waste-water treatment plants, pipelines, gas storage facilities, and refineries.

Mr. Keidel has developed and implemented business and operations strategies that involve organization design, management techniques, processes and systems, technology, legal, and financial accounting. He has designed and built systems and organizations for several of the world’s preeminent engineering and construction firms as well as discrete manufacturing, research and development, oil and gas, and government organizations. His operations improvement, systems development, and business strategy clients include, but are not limited to Fluor, Skanska, Parsons, Zachery, Chiyoda, Bateman, B.F. Goodrich, U.S. Coalition Provisional Authority, Chicago Public Building Commission, and the Ohio School Facilities Commission.
